Jubilee Home Care Services provides one-on-one staff support for people with disabilities in their homes, offering the necessary assistance to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle. People with developmental and physical disabilities can experience problems with major life activities such as mobility, self-help, and independent living.
CARE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
With the support of a Jubilee Home Care caregiver, individuals can participate in activities or programs that might otherwise be inaccessible to them. We realize that everyone’s requirements are different and constantly evolving; therefore our services are tailored to meet the needs and interests of our individual clients. Home Health Services care for people with disabilities includes, but are not limited to the following*:Skilled nursing
- Tracheotomy and ventilator care
- Administering medications and treatments
- Client and family education
- Liaison between client and Physician
- Tube feedings
- Performing light housekeeping
- Running errands (prescription pick-up, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Organizing and reading mail
- Grocery shopping
- Laundry & ironing
- Escorting to appointments and social events
- Assisting with pet care
- Planning, preparing, and cleaning up meals
- Provide Alzheimer's Care
- Assistance with a safe bathing environment
- Assistance with daily grooming and hygiene needs
- Assistance with dressing
- Assistance with walking
- Posture positioning
- Eating assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Providing respite care
- Providing medication reminders
- Monitoring diet and eating
- Assisting with getting in and out of bed
