In keeping with the exemplary standards of the homecare industry, all of Home Health Care offices that provide skilled medical care are licensed, as required, and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).

Additionally, Home Health Care dedicated staff is fully screened and credentialed, and has experience providing care for adult, senior, and pediatric patients with a variety of ailments.
Home Health care ensures necessary home health, sitter, and companion services are provided for the entire time they are needed, and requires that home caregivers are available to assist you 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

    • Home Health Care provides a full range of nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, diabetic care, catheter care, cardiac and respiratory assessment and care, medication management, pain management, and cancer care.

    • As a private duty homecare provider, Home Health Care utilizes qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) to work with each patient’s family and develop a plan of care for our fully certified and licensed caregivers to follow.

  • Intermittent Care

    • Home Health Care is able to meet all of your intermittent needs by providing service to Medicare, Managed Care, Workers’ Compensation, Private Insurance, and Private Pay clients.

  • Therapy

    • Home Health Care offers complete assessment and treatment by Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists for both adults and children.

  • Respite Care

    • Home Health Care respite care services offer families the opportunity to take a break from their caregiving responsibilities, leaving their family member or loved one in the hands of a trusted Home Health Care respite staff member.

  • Care for People with Disabilities

    • At Home Health Care , we provide one-on-one staff support for people with disabilities in their homes, offering the necessary assistance to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle.

  • Companion Care

    • Jubilee Home Care caregivers are available on an as-needed basis, with no minimum time constraints.
